The hotel has good location in the middle of jackson. Also, the venue is located 3 miles away from Hilda-Ross Memorial Park.

Clean and conveniently located. The hotel promptly resolved an issue with a double charge on my account, although it took a bit longer than expected. Additionally, an early morning fire alarm was disruptive, but the manager was kind and offered to make our next stay better. Despite these minor setbacks, overall I had a satisfactory experience at Towneplace Suites.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a couch bed. It was comfy, we spent 1 night.

Great Facilities: The hotel had great facilities for a budget price, including clean towels and bed sheets. The bathroom was spacious with hot and cold water and a good water pressure. Plus, the room had an excellent air conditioning system, which is so important during summer.

Worst Service: The hotel staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to customer needs. They took too long to answer calls and when they did, they were not helpful at all.

That the walls were a bit thin, so it was easy to hear some noise from other guests. But overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
